Step 1
Marinate 1 lb of sliced beef with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp baking soda. Let that sit for 15 minutes. You’ll also need 1 pack of wide rice noodles, 1 bunch of gai lan or Chinese broccoli. Sauce: 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Golden Mountain seasoning sauce, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce. Add oil to pan, cook beef until it’s almost fully cooked and remove from pan. Add more oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add 1 egg, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add vegetables, noodles and sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the noodles get slightly charred.
