Ingredients
4 servings

1 lbground beef
or preferred protein

1 headNappa cabbage
thinly shredded

0.5red onion
sliced long

0.5red bell pepper

5 clovesgarlic
chopped, or garlic paste

1 inchginger
chopped, or ginger paste

4 Tbspfish sauce

4Coco Aminos
Soy Sauce Replacement

4 Tbsprice wine vinegar

Fresh Basil
Chopped, Thai Basil if possible

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the meat on its own or in a tbsp of fat/oil.
Step 2
After browning add onions, peppers , garlic, ginger and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Saute for 3 minutes. Add cabbage.
Step 4
Add fish sauce, Coco aminos, vinegar cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes tossing occasionally. Continue to cook until the cabbage is at your preferred tenderness level. Adjust salt and pepper and spices to preference.
Step 6
Cook out as much liquid as you can. Uncover and cook if needed stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Optional – When ready to serve, add fresh lime juice and (optional) fresh cilantro, mint, chives/scallions, toasted sesame seeds. Add Siracha a few dabs at a time for additional flavor and heat
