Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Step 2
Clean and dice sweet potatoes into bite sized pieces
Step 3
Coat sweet potatoes in olive oil, garlic, and 1/2 tsp salt. Roast in oven for 15-18 mins.
Step 4
While potatoes are cooking, dice chicken into bite sized pieces.
Step 5
Once potatoes are done cooking, move them to 1 side of the sheet pan and add broccoli. Add chicken to the other side, coat with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Step 6
Place 4) 1 Tbsp pats of butter in between the pieces of chicken.
Step 7
Bake for another 15-18 mins or until internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees F.
