Fluffy bread stuffed with delicious garlic herbs and cheese . Great to have cold or warm and even dip into soup Instead of the generic Toastie :)

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl add 1 cup warm milk ( not hot just warm) then add a Pinch of salt and stir . Next add sugar and yeast and stir. Then add two eggs and cooked melted butter and mix well. Stir in 500 grams of flour a little at a time until we’ll mixed then knead the dough for 3 minutes . Cover with a damp tea towel and put in a warm place for one hour to rise

Step 2
In a Small bowl mix together cream cheese cheddar minced garlic chopped parsley salt and pepper then beat an egg and mix most of it in reserving a tiny bit of beaten egg for the egg wash later ( add a tiny splash of milk to the remainder of the egg and you will use this to brush the breads )

Step 3
Now uncover the dough and divide into 12 then roll into balls . Place 6 on each parchment lined baking tray as they need space . Let them rest another 20 minutes . When the 20 minutes is up oil the bottom of a glass and push it into the centre of each dough. Then fill with a tablespoon or more of the cheese mixture . Brush the outside of the bread with the egg wash and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180c / 356 f and enjoy
