Instructions

Step 1
Wash the kale then remove the stems and tear into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Mix the honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and a pinch of salt together and massage into the kale for a few minutes until it wilts.
Step 3
Throw over the toasted sesame seeds.
