Homemade Braised Lemon Chicken Thighs

Lightly brown chicken thighs in oil with rosemary, lemon zest, mustard seed, lemon juice and a couple cloves of garlic. Once all meat is browned, saute remaining garlic and sliced lemon. Layer meat back into skillet mixing the saute throughout. Cover the skillet and place in oven at 350 and finishing cooking meat through.
Once meat is done, take the meat out and make a gravy with the leavings.
Add 1/4 c flour, chicken stock and 1/4 half and half to the pan stirring to desired thickness, salt to taste and serve over the braised chicken.
