Breakfast hash browns plus a lot of veggies. Enjoy topped with two fried eggs.
I'm primarily using Whisk for it's "recipe calculator" function. So take the cook times with a grain of salt. And I eyeball any ingredients that don't have quantities next to them.

Step 1
1. Heat oil at medum-high heat and add spinach. Wilt until desired softness.

2. Add hash browns, onions, and peppers. Toss every so often until desired look and texture.

3. Turn heat down to low and add tomato. Cook until desired doneness. Tossing to mix as you cook.
