Instructions
Step 1
mix quark with sweetener ( I used chunky flavour white almond coconut from more nutrition) and and place it on the bottom of the bowl



Step 2
mix the oats with sweetener ( I used chunky flavour salted caramel from more nutrition) and the same amount of water,then put it in the microwave





Step 3
peel and cut the kiwi + walnuts + protein bar ( I used designer bar chocolate caramel from esn)




Step 4
put the fruits , protein bar and chocolate on the oats. Good appetite !!
