Chocolate Truffle Cake with Raspberry Sauce

Instructions

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine chocolate, corn syrup and butter over medium heat until the chocolate is melted.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of cream and the egg yolks. Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the remaining cream with the sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Grease and line a loaf pan. Pour in the mixture. Cover and place in the refrigerator for several hours.

Raspberry Sauce

Step 5
For the raspberry sauce, puree and strain the raspberries, then mix with corn syrup. Drizzle over slices of coke when serving.
