Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes and eggs until eggs are hard and potatoes are soft (not too soft). When cooked peel potatoes and cut them in small squares. Take shells off the eggs and cut them in small squares.
Step 2
Open both cans of beets, drain them and cut them in small squares.
Step 3
Mix all three things and add salt to taste. Mix in all of the mayo.
Step 4
In a bowl chop one onion in small squares and marinate in vinegar.
Step 5
Heat frying pan with oil, add onions and vinegar. When onions look soft, mix the oil and cooked onions with salad and mix.
