In honor of it being my birthday and many others so soon, here is the perfect birthday recipe! I seriously can’t believe how good these are. My family is in love with them too! The flavor, the frosting, just everything! I’m not even a fan of frosting but this one came out so perfectly. Ahhh you must make them!

Instructions
Step 1
In a Bowl, add in flour, mix, yeast, sugar, and salt, and sprinkles and mix.

Step 2
Separately, in another bowl add the milk and butter and heat to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3
Add in the mashed bananas and vanilla to the wet mixture.

Step 4
Mix well into the dry mixture. Knead dough until it is just slightly sticky.
Step 5
Place back into the dry mixture bowl and cover with a clean towel. Allow to double in size for 1 hr and 30 minutes in a warm place.
Step 6
Then, take out and roll the dough out and add the cinnamon, sugar, and butter. Roll and cut into 16 pieces.

Step 7
Place your rolls separately in an oil or buttered baking dish. Heat oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit and turn it off. Place your baking dish in the oven and allow the rolls to rise for 1 hour.

Step 8
After the hour, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and once preheat bake the rolls for 30 minutes. Checking in after 15 minutes.

Step 9
While the rolls are baking, in a bowl whisk the softened butter until fluffy-ish.

Step 10
Add in your sugar, cream, and vanilla. Whisk until you reach a fluffy frosting consistency.

Step 11
The frosting can be set in the fridge until ready to use. If your frosting is too liquidy place in the freezer to thicken up for about 15 minutes or so.
Step 12
Once done baking allow the rolls to cool for 10-15 Minutes.
Step 13
Top your rolls with your frosting and sprinkles! Enjoy.
