Step 1
Brown ground beef in a heavy skillet. Drain. Add onion and continue cooking over medium-low heat until onions are golden. Add remaining spices. Cool. Spoon into four 1-pint freezer containers, leaving 1/2" headspace at top. Freeze for unto 3 months.
