10 servings
1 stickPhiladelphia cream cheese
or any cream cheese of your choice
1 x 14 ozcondensed milk
can
1 x 12 fl ozevaporated milk
can
4eggs
10mlvanilla extract
0.06 tspsalt
graham cracker pie crust
Premade, 9-10 inch, you can create your own pie crust from scratch using butter and crumbled crackers, but in this recipe, we will be using a premade one from the store for convenience
Instructions
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or bowl. You will blend, or mix, your ingredients until they turn into a liquid mixture. This should take approximately a minute or less.
Step 2
2. Once fully mixed, you will pour your mixture into your pie crust ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
Step 3
3. Preheat your oven to 350o F and bake your pie for 45 minutes, or until the top turns a golden brown color.
Step 4
Tip: you will be able to tell if your pie is fully baked by inserting a toothpick, or fork, into the pie and seeing whether it comes out clean or not. If it does come out clean, it is fully baked and can be taken out of the oven.
Step 5
4. Once fully baked, you can remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Once cooled, you should refrigerate for two hours before serving.
