Instructions

For the dough

Add milk, yeast, sugar and sour cream

Let sit for 10mins

Add 4 cups of flour and butter. Mix until incorporate.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for an hour.

For the filling

All all ingredients for the filling and set aside

Once the dough has risen

Add baking powder and flower
Step 7
Knead dough for 10 minutes and then rollout

Add filling evenly and then roll the dough
Step 9
Cut with string and place is baking dish
Step 10
Let rest for 15 minutes
Step 11
Bake 350F for 35mins
