Instructions
Step 1
Prepare any toppings you want to add, and cook any toppings like bacon that can’t be eaten raw.
Step 2
Add the egg, a pinch of salt, a little bit of pepper and any other seasoning you’d like to a bowl and scramble. Add the egg mixture to a hot, oiled pan (medium heat is good) and let cook without disturbance. Once the egg forms a cooked circular layer, add cheese and let melt.
Step 3
Place the tortilla on top, making sure that the cheese sticks the egg to it. Flip and add more cheese on one half of the tortilla. Add bacon bits or any other toppings, and fold in half.
Step 4
Cook on both sides until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted, cut in half and serve.
