Step 1
1. In a large ramekin (6+oz size) or a small bowl mix together the muffin ingredients. Then in the same ramekin or in a coffee mug microwave the muffin for 90 seconds on high. Allow to cool for 30 seconds then take it out of the ramekin.

2. Slice the muffin in half. Drizzle the top of each with olive oil and place in an air fryer at 375F for 3 mins or in the oven at 400F for 5 mins.

3. Top each half with 1 Tbsp of sauce, and 1 Tbsp of each cheese. Sprinkle with the seasonings, and top with the garlic powder, salt, and basil (or layer that under the cheese-your choice). Return it to the air fryer/oven and cook until the cheese is fully melted (about 2 mins in the air fryer and 4-5 mins in the oven).
