Sift powders and knead butter

Roll thin. like 2mm and cut intended shape

Put in pastry bag with tip and squeeze out pastry into desired shape.

Bake 10 min @ 400F then 30 minutes at 350F top rack.

Scrape vanilla bean into milk

Beat egg yolks and sugar mixing until white and fluffy

Add sifted flour and mix lightly

Bring vanilla milk to boil and add a little at a time to the sugar flour mixture.

Scrape mixture back into pan, when it starts to harden, stir vigorously.

When it goes from heavy to light, it is ready to be put in a pastry bag.

Add butter and condensed milk and place in a lined container with plastic wrap

Place in the freezer to chill, after, whip it
