Instructions
Step 1
beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. set aside

In another bowl beat egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla
Step 3
Melt margarine and chocolate. let cool
Step 4
Combine chocolate mixture to egg yolk mixture. mix well. fold in egg whites
Step 5
Pour half the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes at 350
Step 7
Refrigerate the remaining mousse mixture
Step 8
Freeze the cake
Step 9
Remove from freezer and add mousse
Step 10
Freeze the cake
Step 11
Beat whipped cream with confectioners sugar and frost the cake
Step 12
Freeze and top with shaved chocolate curls
Step 13
