2. Spread rice in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Top with green beans and salmon fillets.

3. Combine wine, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, dill and lemon pepper. Spread over salmon. Bake, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
