Instructions
Step 1
1° Preheat the oven to 375F. Prepare a muffin pan with liners.

2° In a mixing bowl, mix the bananas until mashed without lumps.

3° Add sugar, egg, and applesauce. Mix.

4° In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. 5° Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Do not overmix.

6° Fold in the chocolate chips.

7° Put the mixture into the muffin liners.
Step 7
8° Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Step 8
9° Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan and then remove to cool for another 5 minutes.
