Instructions

Step 1
Whisk eggs. Spray a medium skillet with cooking oil and sauté spinach for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
Step 2
Add eggs, shrimp, cream cheese, red chili flakes and a dash of salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat without stirring for 4-5 minutes until set.
Step 3
Flip the frittata and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Step 4
Toss lettuce with oil and vinegar and serve with frittata.
