Step 1
Add the dry ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Add honey and mix well again.
Step 3
Add the milk bit by bit, slowly, and mix well until the mixture becomes clumpy. Don't allow it to get too wet if it does, add some more whey and oats to make it less sticky!
Step 4
Using a tablespoon and your hands, form the mixture into medium-sized balls.
Step 5
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave , then roll each protein ball in the chocolate and place on a lined plate. (If you don't fancy the chocolate coating, skip this step.)
Step 6
When you have formed all the balls, put the plate in the fridge and allow them to set for about an hour.
