Instructions

Step 1
You’re gonna want to start off by cutting 1/4 of an onion, your roma tomatoes, green onions and steak into think peaces
Step 2
Peal your Shrimp and keep the shells (that’ll be used for your broth)

For Broth

Step 3
In a deep pot add 4 coups of chicken broth. add your leftover shrimp shells with your chopped ginger and bamboo shoots with your thai chili’s
Step 4
bring it to a boil and let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
Step 5
Drain your broth and put it back into the pot

Soup

Step 6
Add your chopped onions, Mushroom, Shrimp and steak into the broth at medium heat
Step 7
Add Salt to taste, 2tbsp fish sauce and a tbsp of Tom Yum Paste.
Step 8
Open you can of Coconut milk and throw it in there.
Step 9
Stir and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Serve in a bowl and top off with green onions
