Step 1
add the cream cheese to a bowl and mix until smooth

add in the icing sugar and mix until combined

pour the crushed biscuits into the mixture and stir until combined

refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Step 5
take the chilled mixture out of the fridge and scoop into truffle shapes
Step 6
return the truffles to the fridge for another hour, or the freezer for 30 minutes
to decorate
Step 7
dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the cookie crumbs or topping of choice
