Ingredients
6 servings
1 headcauliflower
chopped into florets
¾ cupall-purpose flour gluten-free
or regular
1 tablespoonchili paste
½ cupcornstarch
¾ cupmilk
2 teaspoonslemon juice
½ teaspoonsea salt
½ teaspoonground black pepper
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoononion powder
1 cupPanko breadcrumbs
crispy, seasoned with salt pepper onion powder & garlic powder
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 230 degrees C
Step 2
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the panko
Step 3
Add the cauliflower florets to the mixture
Step 4
In another bowl mix the panko with the seasonings and pour it to the cauliflower mixture until all well coated
Step 5
In a pan with parchment paper put the cauliflower giving each florets its enough space
Step 6
Bake for 22 min
