Measure orange juice 2 + 1/2 cups, honey 2 Tbsp, and cornstarch 1/2 cups into pot.

Whisk mixture till smooth, cook on medium heat while continuing to whisk till mixture thickens

Grease a square mold / pan

Poor mixture into square pan, smooth surface with a spatula. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Cover pan with film and chill for 3 hours.

Losen mixture from pan surface by gently prying at edges, maintain molded shape. Place cutting board over pan and flip.
