Instructions
Step 1
Chop tomatoes coarsly and full 3/4 of blender

Step 2
Chop 1& 1/2 peppers and add
Step 3
Peel and chop cucumber, drop in
Step 4
Add salt, olive oil and a little vinegar. Then blend until smooth
Step 5
Serve cold with a drizzle of olive oil on top
