Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them to an appropriate size, and boil.
Step 2
Drain water, put them in a big bowl, add butter, smush potato with folk, but don't smash too much. Set aside.
Step 3
In a pan over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until no longer it is pink.
Step 4
Add onion, cook, add curry powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cook.
Step 5
Add beef and onion to the potato bowl, add salt, pepper, and mix well.
Step 6
Mold to your favorite size and coat flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in order.
Step 7
Heat the oil in a pot to 350F, and deep fry until golden brown.
