Instructions
Step 1
Combine turkey burger ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix until combined.
Step 2
Form into 12 patties and fry in a pan over medium heat. Flip halfway. Cook until internal temperature is 165F.
Step 3
Cut in half and toast King's Hawaiian rolls in the oven at 400F until crispy on the outside.
Step 4
Add turkey burgers and top with red onion slices. On the other side of roll, add desired condiments.
Step 5
Place the side with condiments on top of the turkey burgers and slice into individual pieces. Enjoy!
