1. Whisk the Egg Yolk, the sugar, and the Milk Coffee in a bowl. 2. After the texture is uniform, place it in the Microwave for 1-2 minutes. 3. When done, add the Dark Chocolate and allow it to sit for 1 minute. 4. Whisk the mixture, place it in a tray lined with baking paper, and put it in the freezer for a few hours until it is fully set. 5. Once done, remove the cake from the tray, and then remove the baking paper. 6. Sprinkle some Cacao Powder and serve!
