Ingredients

1 bowlrice
cooked
1 ½ tspchicken bouillon powder
white pepper
for taste
cilantro
chopped, optional for garnish
green onions
chopped, optional for garnish
5 cupswater
Marinade for pork
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate pork slices with starch, oyster sauce and vegetable oil
Step 2
Peel and dice 3 century eggs (pre-cooked)
Step 3
Add water to cooked rice, then add marinated pork and diced century eggs
Step 4
Season with chicken bouillon powder before setting rice cooker to porridge function
Step 5
When congee is cooked, stir well and serve warm with garnishes and white pepper
