Step 1
Warm sauce pan and then add coconut oil over low-med heat.
Step 2
Once oil is melted, add onion and kale. Season with sea salt and lemon pepper to taste. Cook until onion is softened.
Step 3
Add pork, rice, and water. Cover and simmer until water has been absorbed, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Check that rice is cooked completely. If not, feel free to add a little more water and continue simmering.
