Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

1 package (12-count) King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls
⅓ cupunsalted butter
melted
½ teaspoongarlic powder
1 ½ teaspoonsworcestershire sauce
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
0.75 poundblack forest ham
deli sliced
6 slicesSwiss cheese
or provolone, halved
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cut entire batch of rolls in half. Place bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13-inch greased casserole dish. Layer 1/2 cheese, ham and other 1/2 cheese on the rolls, then place top batch of rolls on top of all.

3. In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour mixture over top of the sliders.

4. Bake sliders, covered in foil, for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook about 5 minutes longer or until the tops turn golden brown.
Step 5
TO FREEZE: Prepare sliders on a large piece of plastic wrap. DO NOT add the butter sauce. Wrap as tightly as possible without crushing he bread. Place wrapped sliders in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze up to 3 months.
Step 6
TO BAKE FROM FROZEN: Place frozen rolls in casserole dish and cover with the butter sauce. Cover with foil and place rolls into the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake until rolls are golden brown. From frozen, they will take longer to cook than when made fresh.
