Instructions
Step 1
Set your Sous Vide Circulator to 194ºF
Step 2
Cut potatoes in to 1 inch thick slices.
Step 3
Add all ingredients to vacuum bag or reusable Ziploc® bag. Before sealing the bag, spread out contents evenly leaving little overlap to ensure everything gets cooked evenly.
Step 4
Let potatoes cook undisturbed for 2 hours.
Step 5
After cooking is complete, remove bag and smash the contents inside the bag to the desired consistency. Can be served immediately or reheated prior to serving.
