For the Cheesecake
200gskyr
vegan
50gvegan cream cheese
1 Tbspcorn starch
or pudding powder
1 Tbsppeanut butter powder
or regular pb
sweetener
of choice, erythrit or flavor drops
For the Chocolate Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for the Cheesecake. Bake at 175°C/ 350°F for 35 min. Let it rest in the fridge overnight for the perfect texture. In the morning, optionally add the homemade chocolate sauce on top.
