Instructions

Step 1
Cut bean curd into pieces, 3/4" square. Slice leek diagonally.
Step 2
Heat 2T of oil in preheated wok. Stir-fry ground pork until it separates. Add white part of chives and stir-fry until fragrant. Add bean curd and sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add green part of chives, thicken with water and cornstarch and serve.
