Step 1
Set out and pat dry your Chicken Wings & set aside.

Time to make the Batter/Coating: A) B) C)

A) In a bowl, add the Cornflour, 1 Tsp Chinese Five Spice, 2 Tsp Salt, 2 Tsp Black Pepper, 2 Tsp White Pepper & ½ Tsp Sugar,

B) In a separate bowl add the 2 Eggs and beat lightly,
Step 5
In a 3rd Bowl, add the All-Purpose Flour, 1 Tsp Chinese Five Spice, 2 Tsp Salt, 2 Tsp Black Pepper, 2 Tsp White Pepper & ½ Tsp Sugar.
Step 6
Coat each Chicken wing in the Cornflour mixture, the dip in the Egg mixture and finally coat in the All-Purpose Flour mixture (Make sure each Wing is properly coated at each stage).
Step 7
Add the wings to the Actifry (or Air Fryer), Skin side up, without the paddle if it has one, and cook for 20 minutes.

If your Actifry/Air Fryer has a paddle, put this back in now, Add the Onions, Red Chilli, Green Chilli & Chilli Flakes and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Add the Spring Onion and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
