Serves 2-4. Double if you want more.
Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken into 1 inch cubes
Step 2
Cut peppers and onions into quarter inch strips
Step 3
Sautee onions, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper until onions become clear
Step 4
Add chicken to pan and brown the outside
Step 5
Transfer mixture to crock pot
Step 6
Layer peppers, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Juice your 2 lemons on top of peppers
Step 7
Cook on low 8 hours (preferred) or 4 hours on high.
Step 8
Serve with rice and yogurt. If you're feelin fancy go for the ol crusty bread and olive oil side dish.
