Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken then lightly brown in a frying pan
Step 2
Add everything (apart from the Philadelphia) into a large saucepan or slow cooker. Slow cook this for 3 hours on high or in a pot at medium low for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 3
Add the Philadelphia and mix through. Top with parsley. Serve with rice or wedges
