Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix room-temperature cream cheese, whipping cream and sugar.

Get a rectangular container and begin by applying the mixture on the bottom (1cm thickness).
Step 3
Stack the biscoff cookies on top, side by side.

Apply mixture on top (repeat Step 2).
Step 5
Stack again and repeat until your container is full.
Step 6
Crush a small piece of biscoff cookie and sprinkle on top and decorate.
Step 7
Gently cover with wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 8
After 2-3 hours, take it out and sprinkle sugar powder on top. (optional) I also decided to cut off the sides to make it prettier!
