Have you ever thought about making an avocado dessert in an avocado? 😍
It is such a super easy recipe and I have decided to make it extra “mamma mia” with some Nutella, but it’s not necessary 😋
For a vegan alternative, replace heavy cream with soya cream and Nutella with some melted dark chocolate! 🍫

Step 1
Cut your avocados into half and remove the pulp with a spoon.

Rinse the avocado shells under some running water and set aside.
Step 3
In a blender, add avocado pulp, lemon juice, sugar and heavy cream and mix for a minute or until you have a cream.

Step 4
Add spoonfuls of your avocado cream back in the shells, a spoonful of Nutella in the centre to decorate and some almond flakes on top. Buon appetito!
