Heat half the oil in a pan and sauté the leeks and garlic over a low heat for 12-15 minutes, until soft.

Add the beans and enough water just to cover then simmer for 8-10 minutes, until the beans are very soft.

Meanwhile, heat a griddle until very hot and cook the steak to your liking.

Stir the parsley, yoghurt, remaining olive oil, salt and pepper into the beans.

Slice the steak and serve on a bed of the creamy beans.
