Instructions
Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchement paper or a silicone mat; set aside.
Microwave Option
Step 2
In micro.-safe bowl, melt butter, chocolate chips, caramel chips, & marshmallows in 30-sec. increments, mixing in between every time. (You'll know you are done when everything is smooth, creamy, & fully melted.)
Step 3
Slowly add in rice krispy cereal; mix until everything is coated.
Stovetop Option
Step 4
Melt butter, chocolate chips, caramel chips, & marshmallows in lg. pot over med. Stir mixture often until everything is fully melted.
Step 5
Remove pot from heat; add in rice krispy cereal, a little bit at a time, & stir until everything is fully coated.
Make Cookies
Step 6
Using lg. cookie scooper (or â…“C measuring cup), scoop out equal amounts of the no-bake cookie dough, place on prepared baking sheet & gently flatten with greased hands to avoid having it stick. Let cookies rest at room temp. (20-30 min.) until set. Enjoy!
Notes
Step 7
These cookies can be made with either store-bought caramel chips or homemade caramel sauce.
Step 8
Store these no-bake cookies in air-tight container (up to 1 wk.) or refrigerate & they will last a bit longer that way. Just make sure to pull them out of the fridge a little before you’re planning to enjoy them so they get some time to soften!
