Step 1
Mix together and the fold in 1/2 cup blueberries and a handful of cranberries. I’ve also just mixed blueberries, cranberries and raspberries.
Step 2
Pat into a big ball. IT WILL BE STICKY SO FLOUR TOUR HANDS. Cut into 3 or 4 pieces.
Step 3
Driizzle icing made with swerve icing sugar and some of the lemon juice. Grate a little zest on top (just to make it look pretty). Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
Step 4
(I made 3 instead of 4. So just the flour to count. Three points each for 3.)
