Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
On a sheet pan, toss the Brussels sprouts, onions, and garlic with powder, and the turmeric.
Step 3
Use your hands to massage the fat and seasonings into the sprouts, then spread them out in an even layer on the sheet pan-they should take up one-half to three-quarters of the pan.
Step 4
On the empty side of the sheet pan, combine the chicken, the remaining tablespoon of fat, the remaining 2 teaspoons of salt, the pepper, coconut aminos, and fish sauce.
Step 5
Toss to combine and coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings, then lay the chicken thighs flat on the sheet pan.
Step 6
If they don't all fit, you can place the extra chicken in an oven-safe skillet or on a second sheet pan.
Step 7
Distribute the bacon pieces evenly over chicken and sprouts.
Step 8
Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 40 minutes.
