Tiramisu cake
I made this cake for my mother who loves tiramisu. I did take some shortcuts including using a yellow cake mix. Made in a heart shaped Bundt pan because I was feeling festive. Usually tiramisu is made with lady fingers that are soaked in espresso and topped with a mascarpone mixture. This cake has the flavorings of the classic dish with more readily accessible ingredients.
