Step 1
Rinse orange peels
Step 2
Boil orange peels for 8 minutes
Step 3
Rinse with cold water than separate peel from pith
Step 4
Slice into bite sized pieces
Step 5
Boil for 8 minutes
Step 6
Again rinse in cold water
Step 7
Add 1:1 ratio of sugar and water in separate bowl, stir until dissolved on high heat, then add orange peels
Step 8
Let cook for 20 minutes
Step 9
Dip into sugar
Step 10
Let dry on rack for 24 hours
