Instructions

Step 1
Heat an inch of sunflower oil in a deep pan to 170C
Step 2
Mix the spices and flour in one bowl and put the oat milk into another
Step 3
Dip the bundles of oyster mushrooms in the flour mix, then the milk, then the flour, then the milk, then the flour, thoroughly coating each time
Step 4
Fry the mushrooms in the oil for 3-4 minutes a side
Step 5
Melt the butter and add the hot sauce
Step 6
Add the fried mushrooms and toss in the sauce to coat
