Pulled Pork (Vegetarian Option!)

Instructions

Step 1
VEGETARIAN: place can of jackfruit, undrained, in crock pot
Step 2
Add 1/2 onion, sliced
Step 3
Add 1/4-1/3 bottle of BBQ sauce and paprika, salt, and pepper to taste

Place on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours
Step 5
PORK: place tenderloin in crock pot. You may need to curve tenderloin to fit.

Add 1/2 onion, sliced
Step 7
Add 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce and paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
Step 8
Add 1/2 cup water
Step 9
Place on HIGH for 5-6 hours or LOW for 8 hours
Step 10
Use forks to shred PORK. Use meat masher to shred jackfruit. Let cook another 20-45 minutes (usually this is when I make my sides).
Step 11
Can serve on it's own, on a bun, or on a pizza! Use remaining BBQ sauce from the bottle as drizzle or sauce.
