Slow Cooker Coke Pulled Pork

Used tortillas instead of buns and made a vinigar based coleslaw to serve on top. The two went great together.

Made these last night and followed the recipe exactly - and it did not disappoint! I did wind up leaving on the slow cooker for an extra hour unintentionally, but the flavor and meat consistency was still perfect. This was so easy and inexpensive to make, I’ll definitely be making this again soon!!
